Its a open competition

Its compulsory to have a subtitles to other language film expect Hindi, Marathi, English
Its compulsory to fill form to every participants.
Participation Dates are *15 Dec 2017 to 05 Feb 2018*
Late :- * 06 Feb 2018 to 20 Feb 2018*

For participation participants need legal entry form, 2 Dvds , poster of short film ( in DVD )and entry fees .
*Entry fees 500 Rs.
Cash or DD/Cheque which is non refundable in any case.
short film min. Length *1 min or max 30 min* ( with front and end title)
